1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Pinoybizz and purchasing our digital products or membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Nature of Service

A Boring Business provides digital business blueprints, technical support, and consulting. These are educational resources. We do not guarantee financial success, as results depend entirely on the operator's execution and market conditions.

3. The "Forever Vault" Access (Limited Lifetime Policy)

When purchasing "Lifetime" or "Forever" access to the Business Vault, the following conditions apply:

  • Definition of Lifetime: "Lifetime Access" refers specifically to the operational lifetime of the aboringbusiness.com platform. * Platform Closure: In the event that A Boring Business ceases operations, shuts down its digital storefront, or undergoes a total business dissolution, all "Lifetime" access and hosting of digital files will terminate.

  • Final Download Responsibility: Users are encouraged to download and save their digital blueprints to their own local hardware. A Boring Business is not responsible for data loss after the platform has officially closed.

4. Monthly Support Membership

  • Scope: Unlimited support covers Ads, Website making, and Business Q&A. This is "reasonable use" support; it does not include us building your entire business for you from scratch.

  • Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time via your customer portal.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate support access if a user is found to be abusive, sharing login credentials, or reselling our intellectual property.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All blueprints, strategies, and "The Owner’s Weekly Ledger" content are the sole property of A Boring Business.

  • No Reselling: You are granted a license to use these for your own businesses. You may not repackage, resell, or distribute our PDFs to third parties.

  • License Revocation: Any user found distributing our files on "group buy" sites or forums will have their access revoked immediately without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

A Boring Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our blueprints or support. We provide the "blueprints," but you are the "contractor" responsible for legal compliance in your local jurisdiction (licenses, permits, taxes).
